Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, displays, and inventory organization
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals through upselling and promotional campaigns
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards during all operating hours
- Participate in inventory counts and shipment processing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
