Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise according to planograms and rotation schedules
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks based on sales data
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Adhere to food safety standards and company merchandising guidelines
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks and order verification
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if remote admin tasks required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
