Responsibilities

- Operations: Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures and daily cash reconciliation.
- Merchandising: Maintain visual standards by organizing shelves, folding clothing, and ensuring the sales floor is pristine.
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels and restock products as needed to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve weekly sales goals and store targets.
- Adherence: Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
