Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support during peak weekend and evening hours.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and handle cash deposits with strict adherence to company protocols.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the sales floor and inventory to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational targets and goals.
- Complete daily reporting and check-ins as required by management.
- Adhere to all safety standards, workplace policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening shifts on a recurring basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills and accuracy for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
