Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and organized at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management and prepare merchandise for upcoming sales or restocking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for early morning or evening shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and handling cash.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
