Job Overview
As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a supportive team to meet daily targets.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with finding products or answering questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to use a computer or tablet-based POS system.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
