Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a professional and welcoming demeanor upon entering the store.
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Monitor store appearance and maintain a clean, organized shopping environment throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down weekend promotional displays and events.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and handling cash.
