Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival and during their shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure product availability and visual appeal.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns efficiently.
- Perform end-of-day closing duties, including cleaning, counting cash drawers, and running inventory reports.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates with no experience.
- Must be available to work evenings, typically between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation and a punctual work history.
- Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and inventory management.
