Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product consultations to a diverse clientele.
- Manage store operations efficiently, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and goals.
- Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
