- Merchandising: Assist in maintaining visual standards, organizing stock rooms, and ensuring store cleanliness.
- Point of Sale: Operate the cash register accurately, process transactions, and handle payments efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Help with basic inventory counts and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to work varying shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; open to all experience levels.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
