Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product selection to ensure a top-notch shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, handling cash and electronic payments.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and alert management when inventory needs replenishment.
- Team Collaboration: Support team members during peak hours to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Store Maintenance: Assist in general cleaning duties to uphold our high standards of presentation.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Math Skills: Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions and pricing.
- Attitude: A positive, customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
