Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized, priced, and rotated properly.
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention activities.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia location.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
