Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and answering their inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and organizing displays.
- Point of Sale: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up and breaking down weekend promotional events and displays.
- Inventory Management: Help with inventory checks and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure store goals are met and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, responsible, and able to adhere to a consistent schedule.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register.
