Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Handle cash and card transactions with strict adherence to company security protocols.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet weekly sales targets and inventory goals.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Reliable transportation is required.
