Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system (POS).
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and processing returns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
