Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude upon arrival and throughout their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, tidy, and safe sales floor during evening and weekend shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in identifying stock needs for upcoming weeks.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure the store adheres to all safety and operational standards during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and evening shifts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a cash register.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
