Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising tasks including restocking, floor sets, and seasonal displays
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards throughout all shifts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and store operations
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 4 PM - 11 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to/from store location
- No experience necessary – full training provided
- 18 years of age or older
