Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing stock rooms.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Perform closing duties, including counting cash drawers and securing the store.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to reach our Manhattan location.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
