Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
- Restock merchandise and ensure store displays are visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and math proficiency.
