Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and checkout processes to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Restock merchandise and ensure displays are visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale, handling cash and digital payments with precision.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and sales targets.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Uphold company policies regarding customer service and employee conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
