- Collaborate with team members to execute weekend promotions and store events effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly report stock discrepancies to management.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (students are encouraged to apply).
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and price checks.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte location.
