Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves and display merchandise in assigned departments
- Operate inventory management systems with remote access capabilities
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless workflow transitions
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas following safety protocols
- Conduct preliminary inventory counts using mobile scanning tools
- Assist with receiving shipments and verifying documentation
- Adhere to merchandising standards and visual guidelines
- Communicate inventory needs to store management via remote channels
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts, 3-5 days per week
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills for inventory system navigation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Philadelphia area distribution centers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
