Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele in our Chicago locations.
- Drive sales and meet daily performance targets through effective communication.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to execute special events and promotions.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college or university (Students Welcome).
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment.
