Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues
- Scan and bag merchandise efficiently while maintaining organized checkout stations
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Support team members during peak hours and participate in store promotions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling abilities
