Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate daily operations during weekend shifts, ensuring all workflows are executed efficiently.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts, manage inventory levels, and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Customer Relations: Interact directly with customers and vendors, answering inquiries and resolving issues with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions and service requests accurately using our state-of-the-art POS systems.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Reporting: Compile and submit daily operational reports and logs to the management team.
- Team Collaboration: Assist in training new staff members and support the weekend team during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, POS software).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
