Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during evening shifts.
- Process orders and verify shipping details for weekend operations.
- Coordinate with the night team to ensure seamless workflow and inventory accuracy.
- Perform data entry and update internal tracking systems with high attention to detail.
- Assist in training new part-time staff on weekend protocols.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in a high-volume call center setting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or operations is a plus.
- Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation is required.
