Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inventory management and stock organization during peak weekend hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all visitors and stakeholders.
- Ensure the physical facility meets all safety and security standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of weekend special events or projects.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and report discrepancies immediately.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Apex Logistics with professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new operational procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
