Responsibilities
- Oversee daily night operations to ensure maximum efficiency and workflow.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce strict compliance protocols.
- Lead and mentor a small team of evening staff to maintain high productivity standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions.
- Resolve operational issues immediately and report critical incidents to management.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational during the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems.
