Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide top-tier service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks, with 100% accuracy.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment throughout the weekend.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the shift manager promptly.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Support team members during peak weekend hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, with some flexibility for holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville location.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
