Responsibilities
- Oversee Weekend Operations: Manage daily workflows and ensure all operational procedures are followed during weekend shifts.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counts, organization, and inventory control to maintain accurate records.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients and customers visiting or contacting the center on weekends.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safe for all team members and visitors.
- Reporting: Complete daily logs and report any operational issues or equipment malfunctions to the management team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to achieve departmental goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in operations, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use standard office or operational software.
