Responsibilities

- Assist customers via phone or email during peak evening hours.
- Monitor and update inventory logs for the evening shift.
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming orders.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
