Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide exceptional service during weekend shifts.
- Coordinate daily logistics and ensure efficient workflow for weekend operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces and operational areas.
- Collaborate with the team lead to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting in NYC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
