Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with the highest level of professionalism.
- Process transactions and data entry with 100% accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
