Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and database management during evening shifts.
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all company safety and compliance protocols.
- Process transactions and resolve issues with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis location.
