Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders for shipment within strict timeframes.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and workplace safety protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
