Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and organize stock in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety precision
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with scanning and documentation accuracy
- Perform quality control checks on products and packaging integrity
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend operations
- Complete shift reports and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
