Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment and shipping
- Maintain 5S workplace organization and safety protocols
- Train new associates on warehouse operations and safety procedures
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with 99.8% accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with temperature-controlled environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
