Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS software
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and documentation
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Pack and stage orders for next-day delivery to retail partners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend operations
- Complete daily performance reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
