Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move goods efficiently within temperature-controlled zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including PPE usage and equipment inspection
- Prepare outbound shipments with quality control verification and documentation
- Support cycle count initiatives to ensure 99.8% inventory accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and common areas
Qualifications
- Valid UK forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Basic computer literacy with experience using inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 25kg repeatedly during shifts
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends (Sat/Sun) and bank holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
