Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized stock rotation and inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Support inbound/outbound logistics processes including receiving and loading
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Chandler facility
