Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including PPE usage and hazard reporting
- Collaborate with night shift team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Document operational activities using digital tracking systems
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 25kg
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Valid UK work permit and right to work in the UK
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Flexible availability during weekend night shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Good communication skills and teamwork mentality
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
