Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for next-day shipment
- Maintain organized stock in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Must be available Friday-Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills and ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable in temperature-controlled warehouse setting
- Reliable transportation to Wurzbach Rd facility
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
