Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through CCTV systems and patrols to prevent security breaches
- Access control management including badge verification and visitor screening
- Incident documentation and reporting using digital security platforms
- Emergency response coordination with local law enforcement agencies
- Regular facility inspections for safety hazards and compliance violations
- Customer service interactions with venue patrons and staff
- Operate security equipment including alarms, radios, and surveillance systems
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Security Guard License (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with surveillance technology and reporting software
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous security or customer service experience preferred
