Responsibilities
- Patrol the assigned premises during evening hours to ensure the safety and security of the property and personnel.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes as required.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents while maintaining calm and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and clients, answering inquiries and directing traffic.
- Complete detailed incident reports and activity logs accurately and on time for all security events.
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify potential hazards, maintenance issues, or security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Valid Security Guard License (or willingness to obtain) required.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM) and weekends.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
