Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, mobility assistance, and hygiene support
- Accurately document patient information in electronic health records (EHR)
- Assist nurses with procedures and emergency response protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Coordinate care transitions between day/night shift teams
- Respond promptly to patient call bells and safety alarms
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification or equivalent medical support certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience required
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to stand/walk 80% of shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Availability every weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) 11 PM - 7 AM
- Fluency in English with clear communication abilities
