Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to clients during evening and weekend hours.
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in our CRM database.
- Resolve issues efficiently while adhering to company protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
- Assist with light administrative tasks and data entry as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week, including weekends and nights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection if working remotely.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
