Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain operational systems during overnight shifts, ensuring 24/7 service continuity
- Process client requests and resolve technical issues with precision and efficiency
- Document shift activities and escalate critical incidents to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support weekend service initiatives
- Adhere to safety protocols and compliance standards during all shift hours
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and in-person interactions
- Conduct routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent enrollment in a college/university program
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)

- Reliable transportation to downtown Washington DC worksite
