Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in high-energy nightlife environment
- Manage bar operations including drink preparation and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout venue
- Monitor crowd dynamics and ensure guest compliance with policies
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend hours (Friday-Sunday)
- Process payments accurately and reconcile nightly transactions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old (alcohol service environment)
- Available to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
