Responsibilities
- Execute the safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight utilizing standard warehouse equipment.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, according to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments regarding daily priorities.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
