Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move products within the facility.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and easy accessibility.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure all items meet company quality standards before processing.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and overnight shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping orders.
